This 2012 Acura SH-AWD with Tech package is in near showroom condition with only 8909 miles. I am the original owner and it is always parked in the garage and has not been in the snow. I am not a smoker and would push any passengers out while moving if they even thought of smoking. No animals or the such have been in the vehicle. I have absolutely babied this car thus the pristine condition (inside and out) and very low mileage. Needless to say, the vehicle has never had any body work or been involved in any type of accident. The car features the tech package which includes navigation, rear camera, bluetooth, steering wheel controls, premium sound system, all power sun roof which adjusts to fully open or tilts, heated/power seats, cruise, power everything, etc. I am sure I am missing options but potential buyers can google tech package options or contact me with specific questions. The windows are tinted with 20%, Acura plate on the front and Acura license plate frame on the rear, and I have both the Acura OEM carpeted floor mats and rubber mats for the front and rear. The oil has been changed twice with Mobile 1 full synthetic and tires were just rotated. Pictures of this vehicle do not do it justice. This is a very nice car and the new owner will be very delighted with this purchase. Only reason I am parting with this beauty is because I am building a house. Title is free and clear.
